Eighth generation winemaker Vincent Alexis makes certified organic and biodynamic wines from local varieties in Monbazillac, Bergerac.

100% semillon with minimal sulphur additions, his Splash! pétillant naturel is something of a cult wine. Reliably fun & delicious, this is a highly refreshing style of sparkling displaying bright citrus and piquant acidity.

Lambrusco di Sorbara, Cleto Chiarli e Figli, Modena, Italy, NV

This is the flagship wine of Cleto Chiarli, an esteemed house of Emilia Romagna whose wines were fundamental in the elevation of Lambrusco.

The lightest of the four Lambrusco’s typical of the Modena region, Lambrusco di Sorbara creates brightly floral wines, full of strawberry and tart cherry.

An absolute trump card when it comes to pairing; working well with everything from light aperitifs to rich, spiced cuisine.

A by Arras, House of Arras, Tasmania, NV

House of Arras turns 30 this year. With winemaker Ed Carr at the helm, they have been producing some of Australia’s top sparkling wines from their cool climate vineyards around Pipers River in northern Tasmania.

This is a blend of the Champenois variety; pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay, plus a very small amount of shiraz and riesling too.
