Besta do Predral, Cazapitas, Rias Baixas, Spain, 2024 (Pedral)
A rare Galician red made from the local Pedral grape. Light on its feet, fragrant and fresh, with red fruit, herbs and a lovely Atlantic edge.

Tiro al Blanco, Matías Michelini, Ribeiro, 2024 (Godello)
From Ribeiro in Galicia. 100% Godello grown on decomposed slate soils - generous and textured, but still fresh, with plenty of fruit and a long finish.

Arenisca ‘Paraje Los Pilones’, Cantalapiedra, Castilla y Leon 2022 (Tempranillo)
From just south of Toro, this wine is mostly Tinta de Toro, the local expression of Tempranillo. Expect dark fruits, savoury spices and a little more weight, while remaining surprisingly easy to drink.
