Blind Summit Cameronbridge 30YO Single Grain 50cl 51.0% abv.

Distilled at Cameronbridge on 9 November 1995 and matured for 30 years in a single refill bourbon hogshead. 

Peach pastries, oak and spice on the nose that follow through to a buttery popcorn on the palate. There's a herbaceous note to it with lovely candied lemon and fudge.
