Light, golden, pineapple juice

NOSE
Toffee apples, sponge cake, beeswax and butterscotch. There’s a little candied pear, fresh vanilla pod, rum & raisin ice cream, slated caramel, worthers original and custard cream. With a hint of a coastal breeze & seaspray.

TASTE
A mix of sweet and savoury flavours, Honey glazed ham, fresh green note that balances out some of the savoury cured meat and toast character.

FINISH
Refreshing, little warmth with more wild honey and tropical notes. Very much the exciting, maritime sum of it’s parts.
