This is a dry and gently spiced style of rosé with stone fruit and quince aromas.
Le Prieuré, Chateau Ksara, 2021
The Ksara estate was founded in 1857 by Jesuit priests, making it the oldest winery in Lebanon.
Le Prieuré is a blend of cinsault, carignan, grenache and mourvèdre, fermented in the same concrete tanks that the priests built back in the 18th century. Full of bright fruits and liquorice notes, this drinks well lightly chilled.
Les Emirs, Château St Thomas, 2015
The 2015 vintage in the Beqaa Valley provided the perfect conditions for age-worthy reds.
Les Emirs is a rich cabernet sauvignon, syrah and grenache blend, developing beautifully complex notes of black fruits, figs and dark chocolate, with excellent structure and spice from oak ageing.
